2. Appointments and Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if 48 hours' notice is provided for any changes or cancellations.

  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the full-service fee being charged.

  • In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

4. Service Disclaimer

  • While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and maintenance.

  • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or failure to follow post-care instructions provided by our stylists.

5. Health and Safety

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.

  • The Hair Sanctuary is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment. We follow strict hygiene protocols, including the sanitization of tools and workspaces.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for services are displayed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the end of your appointment, with accepted methods including cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment options.

  • Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and Complaints

  • We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  • Product purchases can only be refunded or exchanged if returned unopened and unused within 14 days, along with proof of purchase.

  • All content, branding, and imagery associated with The Hair Sanctuary are the intellectual property of The Hair Sanctuary and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
